Blue Water Area - Lake St Clair

Are there any Blue Water Area - Lake St Clair formula owners out there? We should get a list of of owners together and set up a rendezvous! Anyone interested? I think it would be great in a harbor but also a night or two on the hook. How great would a dozen or so Formulas look together on the hood for a night!?!?

I am a new formula owner, in the area, rack storing at Sassy Marina on the North channel....

I know there are a handful of locals, not sure they are on here that much!

Yes, we are right around the corner from you! We are in the process of buying a 1990 36 PC. The boat is currently in Grand Haven. Our friends who will be mooring with us are in the process of purchasing a 2003 27 PC.

Have you splashed your new gem yet?

Very cool! I am sure the anticipation of getting things going is driving you crazy like myself, sadly we just sat in it last night and have a few cocktails and dinner to hold us over. With that being said I have not, I am working through some little things, plus gettin her all wheeled out before we hit the water. I want to have it as setup as possible to enjoy the summer when the good weather really kicks in! :)

Without a doubt the anticipation is drving my crazy to say the least. We are doing the survey this Monday. If that goes well then Sea Trial the following Saturday. If still going well we close on the 18th with transport on the 19th or 20th. Hopefully all in time for a great holiday weekend with our new baby :) (the boat).

I am out of Sandusky as well, and would consider an event in Lake St Clair - on a side note, isn't that Mascamoot Bay party a insane party, like a bit too insane ?

Hi everybody. I just noticed this "Great Lakes" forum so I thought I'd chime in.

I boat on lake St Clair and we are in Muscamoot a couple times a month. It's whatever you make it - if you join the gauntlet expect craziness, if you anchor off to the side with trusted friends you can watch the shenanigans from a safe distance. We arrive early and stay late, sometimes staying overnight to avoid the traffic. Always a good time!

A Formula rendevous would be really cool. Lake St Clair Metro Park is a great location not far from Muscamoot and not too expensive for anybody wanting to stay overnight.

I am up for it !!

I'm at muscamoot bay almost every weekend. Lots of nice places to boat on lake st clair.

As a Western Lake Erie Boater, I am up for it and I know there are a few folks on this forum as well that might be up for something like this!

I'm new to this board but the wife and I are on Lake St. Clair a lot. In process of buying our Formula currently but would be up for anything next year.
