That is a geat size for a day/pleasure boat and you can have a lot of fun using it, Formula bowriders are heavier and will provide a stable ride through wakes and waves and performance when you want to push the throtle up a bit more. I love the layout of the 28 and features whithin it, of course quality, fit and finish is up there and goes without saying here.
