Buying a 1993 34 PC

I'm looking at a 93 34 PC this Saturday. Presently own a 91 292 SR-1, twin 502's. ;D Anything other than the normal things to keep an eye out for on these PC's? ??? Any known inherent issues with the early 90's models. Any heads up would be ahelp. Thanks in advance. ;)

Well, I guess I am going to be a 2 boat owner now. Contract accepted on the 34 PC today. Scheduling the survey and mechanical inspection and sea trial. Hope everything goes well. :)

I HAD A 94 34PC IN THE PAST, AND IT WAS THE BEST BOAT I'VE EVER OWNED. IN FACT, THERE WERE FEATURES ON MY 34 THAT THE NEW ONES DO NOT HAVE. I LOGGED 1100 HOURS, AND MANY MILES OF ENJOYMENT. ONLY PROBLEMS WERE WITH MERCRUISER DRIVES CORRODING. WE STILL MISS THAT BOAT. REMEMBER, TO HAVE A SURVEY DONE, AND AN ENGINE ANALYSIS. THIS SHOULD TELL YOU CONDITION, AND USAGE, GOOD LUCK.

This boat has BavoII's, which I'm told by my mechanic are less prone to corrosion than the III's. Boat has been lift kept, right here in the Chesapeake. Will do a full survey and take my mechanic after initial visit, if we want to look at an offer to purchase.
