Cabin door binding. 37 PC

Hello. I have a 2001 37 PC and my cabin door does not operate smoothly. I find it strange that there are no rollers. If the door is opened by the handle and kept perfectly square it opens easier. However, if pulled from any other location it seems like it binds up. I find this odd for a boat of this quality. Any ideas?

This is an extremely easy one. Spray some pledge in the door tracks, top and bottom and it will be as smooth as glass.
 
Really? I have tried WD40, lithium grease and all it does is make black grease everywhere. I am surprised a boat of this quality does not have rollers.
