Cabin door slide pads

Does anyone know how to change out the bottom door slide pads for a 37/40 PC. I a cannot get them off the track.

Go inside the cabin and close the door. Slide is accessible from the inside (same with top slide).

On my 280ss there is a small hatch door under the dash closest to the door side that when you open the door you can reach over and remove the pad from the track itself. Hope that helps

Thanks. It turns out, the door must be removed and then the slides come out on the far end. Not easy!!
