Cabin door slides

I have a 1997 34 PC. The cabin door has always been very difficult to open. I replaced the slides about 10 years ago but the was no improvement. The best work around was Sailkote spay it works well but eventually wears away. I’m looking for a permanent fix. Does anyone know of a better way?
 
There is no better way, just keep cleaning and lubricating the track and slides.
