I do not have templates for the 41PC...but I'd definitely be willing to work out a discount for some new carpeting, if you could provide us with a well made template that we can add to our pattern library. Thanks.
 
Simon, are you going to work up a template for the cockpit carpets or the interior? Corinthian, what should the template be made from? Is a heavy brown paper sufficient?

Sorry folks, haven't been on here in a few days...Heavy brown paper works great for a template as long as it's rolled up nicely in a poster tube. A lot of people prefer a clear plastic that doesn't stretch. We sell a template kit for $15 made of reinforced plastic that works great too. The cost of the kit is refunded when the carpet is ordered.

Funny you ask, I actaully just had someone send me existing carpet from there 2007 37 PC that we are going to make a pattern of. Is the 2005 and 2007 PC the same floor plan?
 
PTG I'm going to look into changing the cockpit carpet if I can't get it cleaned up..

Not totally certain if the '05 & '07 37 PC's share the same measurements/dimensions but do know there's a difference if you have the enclosed/wall in forward area. Gary or one of the dealers can answer this. Keep me posted on the cabin & cockpit carpet for our '05 if you have time.

I BELIEVE THEW COCKPITS ARE THE SAME, BUT AS GREG SAID, 2006 AND UP HAS A CLOSED FORWARD STATEROOM, VS THE 2005 OPEN AREA.
 
Here's an attached picture of the 3 pieces of old carpet that came out of the 2007 37PC we recently just did. I'm not sure if it's just the cockpit. Maybe someone can verify if this looks the same in 2005 and 2007?

That particular set of carpets in any 30 ounce berber carpet would be $486 with FREE shipping. Other styles and/or colors of carpet will slightly lower or raise the price. Thanks.
