Courtesy light fixture in arch?

I need to replace the courtesy light fixture in the arch on my 2007 34PC. The plastic socket where you plug in the lamp has cracked and is now intermittent at best. Anyone know what fixture this is?

Yes, look at my post from a few days ago regarding LED lighting. I have the brand and model number. If you want regular lighting and not LEDs, you can buy these online for $38 or, at a BOW store if you have those where you live, for $35.99.

$50 for the entire fixture. Alex is seeing if the can get just the socket.
