Dinghy davit systems for PC's

I'm looking to find a good davit system for my '17 37PC. I need a system that gives me the most room on my swim platform which is only about 32" deep. I also want the dinghy to rest up right so that I can leave the engine on all the time. I have a Hurley H20 system from my previous boat but I just don't think I will have enough room on the platform if I use it. When it was installed on my 34PC I had absolutely no room to walk on the swim platform and had to step in the dinghy to move around. I'm planning to purchase a new dinghy that has a 3" narrower beam than my old one and that will help some. Any body have any davit system suggestions that might give me more room on the platform?

AB inflatables makes 9 ft inflatable with aluminum bottom that is pretty narrow. That’s what I have Just a thought.

If i recall there is an older thread all about different davit systems available, so go to search and search, I will do the same and if I find it I will get back to you.

Nautley XL.jpgI use the Nautley XL on my 37. The Dinghy hangs far enough off the platform to easily move around and access the lines, hatch, etc. I like the fact that the motor can stay in the down position at all times.
My Dinghy is heavy so I had to put a small winch inside the hatch but it works well.dinghy davit 2.jpgdinghy davit 3.jpg

How much room do you have on the port side of the platform to embark/disembark from the stern?

There is plenty of space. The bow of the 10' 2" Dinghy is to the Port side which helps. The boat is still in storage so I can't measure and I can't find a pic. I get on and off from the swim platform to the dock on the Port side every time and it's not in the way at all. The center line of the dinghy is about 6' past the rear edge of the platform.

This sounds great I've been looking for some kind of solution that would work with I/Os
