Dinghy sling davit system

A lot depends on size weight of dinghy and motor. I’ve looked at those and I think I’m gonna drop bucks on dinghycaddy system. That way wife can use herself.. but I’m also getting a RIB w 9hp. Soft bottom w 4-6 hp would be used w what ur looking at.
Cheers

I have. A few of my friends have it (not Formula's tho). It by far is the best system I've seen. Easily removed from platform and leaves very little mounting hardware to interfere with the platform. The extended version
hangs the dink over the back of the platform so engine can be left in the down position. The extra room also makes it easy to enter/exit the boat and still be able to use the transom storage while dingy is on platform. Also it has longer arms than others I was looking at which makes launching and retrieval easier as our platforms are quite high above the water line. I also have spoke to the company a few times and they seem like great people. If you do a search on here there is someone who had it installed on a 37.

We have the Dinghy Ramp HD Slide On version mounted on our 37PC and are very happy with them. I chose them because they have minimal mounting hardware on the swim platform. Pull two pins and the ramps are off. We have a 8 1/5 foot dinghy with a 4hp and I can pull it on by myself and leave the motor tilted up. If you have anything larger you would probably want the roller version (or have help!). 1F065D62-8FB2-4B10-9A06-6EA47CDC0F3D.jpg

Very cool. I think the Slide-On version would work for me as well. I have a 8' 4" Dinghy with a 6HP motor.
