Had a line come loose this weekend and my 27PC took a beating during high winds. Any suggestions on getting this repaired?

Believe it or not, you are very lucky that the Imron did not get damaged. Any fiberglass repair person could fix this like new. I would suggest that you purchase the gelcoat directly from the factory as the match will be perfect.
 
I agree with Gary, any reputable fiberglass person should get it looking good as new. Reach out to TAG and they can get you some gelcoat from the factory for an exact match or give you the receipe to have it made locally. You'll have to pay hazardous material shipping if you get it from he factory though. FYI - if you do get it from the factory, the hazardous shipping charge is a flat fee so it would be good time to get some touch up paint also.
