Drive issue or Engine?

when throttling up on plane you can feel a slight vibration and engine revs decrease on stbd side. When boat up on plane all normal. I have 496 mag hos and bravo 3x drives. Drive lube level is fine and drive pressure tested ok. Clutch slipping or engine issue under load?
 
100% agree with @AllDodge. I had this happen last year on my Volvo 8.1 a month or so after I replaced the fuel pumps and cleaned the fuel unit my starboard engine needed more throttle than my port motor when on plane. I troubleshot it by ultimately pulling the power to one coil at a time and was able to narrow which injector was not firing. I did a quick cleaning of the injector myself and it resolve it but then during the off season, took all the injectors out and sent them off to be cleaned. Engine has been running like a champ this season - knock on wood that it continues :)
One other thing, make sure you clean out the fuel rail as well. I've heard some people say that they get corrosion in them likey due to ethanol in the fuel so making sure that is clean before you put it all back together is important as well.
