I have a problem on my 2005 34 PC where the Monitoring Panel inside the cabin, just above the Air Conditioning thermostat does not light up any status at all for the Electronic Bonding Status. My Shorepower 1 and Shorepower 2 indicators on that same monitor light up correctly, but nothing on the Electronic Bonding Status.

Has anyone had this problem ? Could it be as simple as an LED light bulb ? Something more serious ?

I am trying to work with my dealer to have them fix it, but wanted to find out if anyone has experience this.

Thanks

I have a new 07 34 PC which does the same thing. Perhaps this is normal. I have it on my list to ask my dealer. Should I find the answer, I'll share it here.

In the meantime, should you find anything out, I would appreciate hearing what you have learned.

JW, thanks for you feedback, my dealer is supposedly going to look at it next week.

So how is your experience so far on your 07 34PC ? What engine installation do you have ? Is everything working well ?

Where do you do your boating ?

After seeing this post, I checked mine, and it is also not lit. I've had this boat for almost 2 months, and never noticed it - scarry. I'm curious to see what your dealer finds.

I just received a statement from my Dealer this afternoon that they are not sure why the Bonding Indicator doesn't work, but that many Formula PC's are having the same problem. They tried a new monitor and that didn't work, so they are ordering more parts including wiring.

Its quite a mystery, but apparently its a problem on many boats. Will keep everyone posted.

I had the same problem on my 31PC. Our panel is below the A/C control panel. They replaced the the whole monitor unit and now it works correctly. The technician thought it might be a problem with the LED'S in the panel itself.
