Gauge / screen options for 2007 34PC

We're getting our new toy, an '07 34PC with Volvo pent 8.1s. It looks like it has all the original gauges and the original raymarine e80 chart plotter. I'm curious what upgrade options are out there if I wanted to start looking at converting to an all glass setup. Does anyone know if the current equipment on board lends itself to more modern tech and going digital instead of analog? It would be nice to see what some of the options are out there.
