Getting Logged OUT

Has anyone else having the trouble of being logged out and having to log back in after entering a response to a thread?? It has happened maybe 5 times in the past two weeks. When I am responding to a thread and and it is more then a few words I go to post and it states that I have to log back in.
 
No issues with that but this site does have a long running script which causes me issues from 3 different computers. Have learned to hit stop "X" right after the activity stream pop up shows
 
yes...to me it is almost like a time out vs. a log out ... do you have to enter your user password again, or do you just have to re-enter the site. Also, this assumes you have your name/password cached .
 
Yes have to log out then log back in, because it tells me I don't have permission to do what I am doing and I look up and I am signed in.

wow strange, never seen that...but I am in the tech world, so there has to be something.

have you tried switching browsers....I know when I have a long response it kicks me out, but it does not log me out. I bet your user name - pw is not being saved/stored on your browser. If you change browsers, see if it makes a dif
 
OK I'm using Safari, will try Chrome and see what happens THANKS - that's been the solution for quite a few of the issues I have been having, guess I should just use chrome for everything.
