Help needed with electric problem on 370SS

Morning everyone. Long time no see. Happy summer! I actually thought I posted this with my iPhone last night. Took me ten minutes to type the darn thing up and send it. I don't see it posted! I must have screwed it up. Anyway, here is the issue. Finally got my boat in the slip last night. Marina was taking its time and finally finished new enclosures and new impeller pumps on each motor. They had grooves. in the slip I hooked up my shore power: same as last year. It is a splitter with one into two and then two individual lines to the boat. On the individual lines, one of the red lights at the marina end is off. I don't know if that matters. I can only get my air conditioner, microwave and tv to come on. No lights or stereo at all in cockpit or cabin. With all the panel switches on , mains on ( I did check the two switches under the rear seat) I have no lights. The two mters both read 110 volts coming in. I turned the batteries both on. Still no lights. What am I missing? Thanks

The lights run off the DC circuit; make sure in the main panel you have the DC main breaker on along with the breaker for the lights.

Agree with Hellrazor. More specifically the Main #1 and Main #2 breakers, both are on the very top of the panel on my 2005.

Has something to do with your Battery switch or a DC breaker (in cockpit or main panel). Your Shorepower is only responsible for the 120v stuff.

Thanks for replies. Both fo those switches, main one and main 2 on DC panel are in on position. If shore power is on, is it OK to also have battery switches on? I always turn mine off when I leave the boat.

Ok... went to the boat after work and everything worked. I dd exqctly the same thing I did last night. Turned batteries on and main switches and last nite nthing worked. Today everything worked. Now I was thinking that maybe since t hqd not been plugged in fr a while that it had t recharge but it started yesterday no problem. So I am puzzled but happy and tuank yu all fr the fastbresponse and suggestions.

House battery may be different than a starting battery; on my 330 there are only 2, so one is shared. If the battery was low in the house side that would explain it.

Glad it’s working!
