After 24 years 4 Formula’s I sold my 40 PC. Life has been great living with and also in Formulas. We have traveled from the Canadian border south to Florida. Have hundreds of memories with family and friends.Now our life style has changed being retired. Yes we are going to be boatless for the next two or three days. We are slowing down to a single engine trawler. We are purchasing a 2013 43 ft North Pacific Yacht. We want something with a little more comfort and livability. I need an easier engine room to work in that I can get around. Formula’s have served us very well. Factory support has been out standing even before Mike Boyd sold me my second Formula in 97. This forum has always been amazing. I always look forward to daily checkins. The knowledge in this is very helpful with its great membership. We are looking to making new memories at 8 Knots. No hurries I don’t have to get back. We are planning to be in the OBX this summer and maybe the Chesapeake Bay. 2021 we are planing to do the great loop. Next fall and winter the Bahamas. I know that it will never happen but I wish Formula would build a trawler their Quality is second to none. I sure that I wil keep checking in time to time. Thank you to all that support this forum.

Congrats! Please keep us posted on your travels and enjoy - more than one of us on this Forum will someday be looking to make that same Great Loop trip and might wanna purchase a great used 'Loop boat' that was maintained by a Captain that knows his boats and has an eye for quality like a Formula owner!
