I wouldn't say moisture is common, but it is possible. It doesn't have to be from the seal Rings though. I think it's fantastic that formula is replacing the whole pod, but it's just as likely moisture got in through the shaft seals. Unless the mechanic saw something additional that made them want to do the entire pod.

Ok Yeah I'm thinking they did see "something" with it when they took it out. Now I'm playing the waiting game on the new pod that has to get shipped from Volvo to Formula then to the dealer.
