Isotherm Fridge Acting up - General Help

I have a Isotherm Cruise 200 (side by side doors) in my 40PC

https://www.indelwebastomarine.com/...es-165-320-l/cruise-200-inox-stainless-steel/

It worked fine the last 2 years....then out of nowhere the fridge side refuses to stay cold....no matter where I have the settings - it hovers around 50 degrees

While the freezer is 0 degrees, and freezes perfectly.

Any ideas where to start...the local folks say it is impossible. I did a full defrost etc...and same issue.

The local techs are saying the compressor feeds both, ,so now way could freeze work and fridge not ?

Any experts or practical thoughts what I would try next.

Jedd, I assume you already checked this but my first thought would be the frig is not sealing properly.

Yes I guess I should have mentioned that I did the dollar bill test and it's a Tight Seal all the way around

Jedd,
Indel Marine has a customer service number. 954-984-8448. they were very helpful when I had warranty issues so it may be worth calling.

I have had the same problem twice. Both times I had to replace the small fan in the back. It was working but at a slightly slower speed. If that is your problem make sure you get OEM part.

Thank you for the tip but silly question how do you know it's running slow

Honestly the fan looked like it was running fine. Manufacturer advised me to change the fan. I got an aftermarket fan but it didn’t do it. I then got OEM fan and good as new. Over the course of 13 years of ownership I changed it twice.I would suggest calling the manufacturer. If it is the fan they will sell it to you direct.

Good timing for this post as i am having the same issue with the same fridge, Thanks for the tip.

I was about to buy the original fan for about $45, then I found this for half the price about the same CFM but it uses ball bearings instead of sleeve bearings so theoretically should last longer and run smoother, time will tell
