Kohler 5EKD constant loss of coolant codes

I have 2014 350 CBR with a Kohler 5EKD genset. Genset has all of 5.1 hours on it due to constant fault codes. Until recently all codes were either over voltage or under voltage. Had to reset to clear them and then it ran fine. Now it started throwing Loss of Coolant (LOC) codes. Replaced the impeller, which was shot. Managed to retrieve all pieces in the raw water side (heat exchanger). I can rebuild the old impeller with the pieces so I know I have it all clear. Unit keeps throwing LOC faults every time it's started. Disconnected from power completely, reset, water flow out side is strong, everything I can think of. By chance has anyone else experienced similar issues with this unit? Not to impressed with Kohler at this point!
 
I'm having the same problem with my Kohler 7.3EKD on my 350SS. Replaced the impeller twice over the last year. Gen runs ok for a few weeks, then back to the LOC code. What did you find out?
