I am in the market for a very clean low hours fresh water 45 yacht, preferably somewhere on the Great Lakes.

there is a great one for sale (still in winter storage) right next to mine. Not freshwater, but it's a new england boat so its only in long island sound for a few months a year. It's either a 2012 or 2013 and is a beauty. let me know if you want more information and I can connect you with the broker.
