Why don't we take a poll the see who's willing to be in on the final split. Maybe we can bring this thing home.

Also, what was the original allocations of the funds? Can we make modifications and go with the amount we raised?

Less than two weeks ago, we decided on the $3000 for 30th and all the first contributors had to do was donate $25 more and we will have $3000.

Keep it coming so the funds and luncheon can happen !!
 
Ok $327 bucks to go. if we divide by 20 thats $16 per person. anyone who donated and said they were willing to donate again please do by sending in at least $16 or what ever you can give. I just used 20 as a round number, i realize 32 people gave, but if we go over thats even better.


We want to wrap this up by Wednesday of next week.
 
Just got in, will send a check by 4 this afternoon. If you need an analogy, you probably spend this much getting from your slip to a pumpout. Or as Larry would say, "Let's get'er dun!" Happy Boating, the season's begun 8) ;) :)
 
Ok things are in motion.

A large card is in development, approx 4 foot by 3 foot. There will be a thank you note on the card from the forum family and members boat names will be sprinkled thru out the card, kinda like it was signed individualy. (if you have not donated and are goning to do so, money has to be in GSENTs hands no later than Wednesday or your boat name or if boat name not given we will use your proper name, will not be on the card as we need to get the printing started).

Formula has volunteered to make the card! How cool is that!

More info will be posted as things develope. Stay tuned!
 
Also, if we want to provide our Boat Name to you is that too much work, I don't mind my proper name, but I thought both might make sense for those who contributed. Or if that is too much work, just say so!
 
We should be able to do both names. There will also be a PDF and photos of the card when presented to the folks at Formula.

I just came back from a 4 day trip to Ocracoke Is. I see we are still short on cash, So I didn't fill my tank and sent another check. Hopefully someone else will kick in. We are to close to our goal and time is short. Lets buy lunch for the TAG team, they are there to help us and we all use them, not to forget everyone else helps to produce our boats. These people make our favorite pass time possible. So dig in for a few bucks if you can. We are almost there.
 
As previously eluded to, I've been out of town all week. I just arrived home, and my second check will be in the mail to GSENT tomorrow (5/2).

Do we have an "after the fact meet the goal" participant count? I just wanted to have an idea how many would be participating so as to have a good guess as to what the appropriate amount of the second check should be.

I was wondering the same thing. How much of a second check do you want. Lets just cut it up so many ways and get it done..... Let me know as I stated before, I will donate again.
 
I'm on the road this weekend but I think if we have 20 people we would be at 15 per person. GSENT can you verify? I can't see the meter on mobile device.
