Masthead Light for 290 Bow Rider

I just joined the Forum and just bought a 2013 290 Bow Rider. I bought it with the tubular steel arch. However I had to remove the arch because of my boathouse and local bridge heights. My question is, where do boats like this with no arch, position the masthead light? Is there a stock part I can but for this? When I read about this, the requirements say it has to be 2.5 Meters or 8'2" above the gunwale. that is very high!! Your advise would be appreciated!!

I am new to this form as well, but have been looking around due to just purchasing a new to me 260 BR. I saw this post and am wondering if you plan on keeping the arch? My boat does not have one and would like to add one. If so I would like to purchase it.

Give me a call. I would sell it. plus I have the complete Bimini that attaches to it also in great shape. The Bimini actually has clear side curtains also to seal off the cockpit for rain or colder weather. John 224-610-6677
