I'd let it go. They did apologize. Not mentioning any names , but if you're in the Jersey area you can probably guess where ::)
 
THat is what I will do, it just upsets me that they did not try to call me but apologized when I called a week later to make sure my boat is wrapped. Life goes on, lik I said I am already in a count down mode till next Spring.
