Need help!! How do you remove tv from 2004 37pc

I might just be a moron but I can't get it out!!! I removed trim moulding and metal. Racket on top but it still won't buge! Please help

On the right side at the bottom there is a small piece of wood screwed into the shelf that holds the TV in and from memory there is likely one on the left to. remove these and then the TV should just slide out.

I'm not too,far behind for an upgrade...
