Hello all Marina life sent me a email letting me know there is a new Boating channel on TV, Dish and Cable. Goo to the attached website to see what channel is for you. Tomorrow at 3pm is the first episode featuring the Formula line up. It should be awesome. If your not home at 3pm make sure you DVR it.

So sad that I do not live with such modern ammenities :( My condo HOA does basic cable and my boat does antenna TV, I will not see it, I am glad to see that someone is still marketing the best lifestyle on earth!
Have fun watching

Yeah, I have just the basics as well. If you guys find a way to "record" the episode, it would be awesome to share. Sounds like a cool show!

dang it , my mom has dish and this channel does not exist ? WHAT UP ?

Hopefully someone will figure out how to make it work.

gr8trn, federal law says condo associations can not refuse you from getting satellite tv. even if cable is available. You most likely will have to place it in a planting bed nearest your unit on a pole or on your deck. usually roof and wall attachment point are not allowed. If the dish has proper alignment to the satellite to receive correctly is another story!.

I watched it yesterday. IMHO it was awful :'(. It's never going to last. The premise of the show is a "party boy" going to different locals (this time, Miami) and wakeboarding, PWC riding and eating (he brought a chef along to cook lion fish) local foods. If he spent 2 minutes on the boats, it was a lot.

I also agree, I did watch the whole show only cool thing was that formula supplied 3 boats, 45,

ok310, and 290. No talk of the boats or showing u around them. I got done watching and said the same thing, not going to last

interesting thread on another boating forum. the creator/producer even chimed in. i will not dis-respect this forum and provide a link, but if you are interested pm would do if you can't find it and are interested in this project. it seems a worthy project to me although i did not have access to it, i think i would give it a few episodes before casting my vote.
happy boating!

I see all the opinions and I would have also loved to see more on Formula but it's not a Formula channel. I think it's nice to have a water channel back on tv. I agree on giving it a few more episodes before giving an opinion. Thanks to Marina Life for sending out the email letting us know about the show.
