Hi Guys,

Rainy day here in CT so I thought I would catch up on some posts. There was a string a while back about replacing canvas, hard tops etc. Here's how we mounted the canvas to the arch. Upgraded to a lined Sunbrella, tan inside navy outside. EZ2CY front glass too.

I have black canvas inside and out, however I must say, that tan interior side really brightens the cockpit. Great choice.

Hey Tenn, It's a polycarbonate like they use for security glass in prisons (yikes) so it's tough. I would say its about 1/6" thick so it can't be rolled or folded, that's the downside. The clarity is totally amazing, it's better than looking through glass believe it or not. It doesn't scratch as easily as regular isinglass but it does scratch so you have to be careful. My canvass guy made cloth pouches for all the windows for stowage, which is a PITA but worth it. Honestly it's so nice I tend to only remove the center walk through piece for ventilation and leave the rest up all the time unless its super hot out. Oh, you also need hands like a gorilla to zip the stuff up cause its stiff! I did the sides with the more flexible stuff so it's easier to deal with for storage..
