Opinions on a 1999 280 BR w/ twin 4.3 volvos

Anyone have an opinion of the 280 BR?
Specifically the Volvo 4.3s, pros or cons to these engines?
My parents are looking to upgrade bowriders & are looking at Formula, Regal & Sea Rays.
The Formula is the only one with twins but I know nothing about the volvo 4.3s as far as performance, durability & efficiency.

personally i prefer the Volvos over Mercs. the 4.3 package has a great reputation. be cautious and research the known issues with some of these (not sure what year, size, etc.) concerning the u-joint bellows. others here will know what i'm talking about and add more i'm sure.
