Plasdeck flooring

Ok, lets talk about Plasdeck flooring. Does anyone have it from the factory? Did anyone have it installed by a Plasdeck authorized installer? Did anyone do it themselves? If you call Formula for a price for a 34PC for example, it would be over a whopping $14,000. If you call an outside dealer, $3,800. Mind boggling.

are you talking about that fake teak looking stuff? if so, i'll tell ya what i know about it. a friend of mine installed it on his swim platform and that stuff gets BLISTERING hot in the summer sun. he is constantly having to pour water on it to cool it down. the produst he installed is called Plas-Teak i believe. can't comment about installing inside boat, have no experience there.

I had a buddy who had some installed a while ago....smoking hot, but looked great.

And yeah, price WAY less than Formula Quote...

Remember Formula jacks up the list price on options like crazy...
