Radar arch weight


Really not sure but three people can remove them very easily. It is bulky but doable.
 
Yes, remove the vinyl covers under the arch on both sides by popping them off. You may have to cut the caulking between the arch and the body. Remove the speakers on both sides. disconnect the wiring, and air horn on the starboard side. Remove the bolts and lift the arch off. It stores on the front of the boat.
 
If you are just removing to transport the boat, you do not need to fully remove it. You can leave all the wires connected and then just lay it forward on the windshield frame. I do this 2x a year for launching and hauling the boat as I keep it at my home. I lay a 10' long 2x4 across the windshield as well to make it a little easier and then just strap it down to keep it in place. You will still need 3 people to get it off and lay it down. This is also the way my boat was transported from FL to MA when I bought it and the guy who hauled it for me has been hauling for Formula for 10+ years.
