Sea Flush for engine winterising

I bought a Sea-flush kit to try my hand at winterising this year. On my previous Sea ray i used Thoro flush top caps but the company went out of business. I was happy with their product and used it for several years. Won't fit my new strainers on a Formula 40 PC.
Sea-flush, at $ 100 for the kit, is worth a try and the website has how to videos. Beats removing hoses from raw water intakes.

would appreciate feedback from anyone who has tried the system.

Made my own Seaflush knock off for under $10. Found a large funnel at a Carquest Auto Parts store. Shortened the neck so it's just smaller than the top of my strainer with the top off and wrapped some foam tape so I can get a snug, water tight fit. Used a couple of bungees to secure the funnel to the strainer placing the hooks over the funnel rim. Works like a charm and has made winterizing my generator and AC so much easier!!!

I have the sea flush and it is very easy to use. Thr first time I used it was in feb with the temps at 12 deg. I had just bought the boat and brought it down from R.I. to Jersey . Winterized both engines and genset in less then a half hour with frozen fingers

Did you use it for the engines, a/c, and genset?

Blown284, yes I use it on all. Engines ,generator and a/c units. Works great. On generator just take a one gallon jug of anti freeze take off cap, remove all foil start generator shut down when jug is empty.
