SmartCraft connect experience

Hello -

I'm planning to upgrade my dash this winter and debating smartcraft connect vs vesselview into a compatible chartplotter for engine data (and doing away with my analog gauges). Anyone have negative experience with smartcraft connect and/or any limiting features not listed what you could get through vesselview? I do like the upgrade option with smartcaft connect being able to access by a mobile device.

Did you go forward with this conversion? I am in the middle of it now.

I bought my 2007 27PC last year, the conversion was completed. I think it’s vessel view into a mfd. I love the data but at the same time miss the gauges when underway.
