I had a couple of pinholes on mine as well, had them removed, and welded and they’re perfect. Don’t just replace for the heck of replacing - make sure a qualified expert analyzes them first (it’s very expensive!). The welds, again done by a pro, cost me $100. The risers may or may not need to be replaced, again don’t just replace a very expensive part and pay the associated labor without them being closely evaluation when the stainless pipes are off.
