Steering Error Causes Engine into Limp Mode

Hello - I have a brand new 2020 310 BR and I'm consistently running into an error which causes the engine to go into limp mode. Basically, once the engine is warmed up after about 15 minutes of cruising, all of a sudden an error message will pop into the Ilmor One Drive screen saying "STEERING FAULTS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED Return Throttles to Neutral to Regain Full Powered Operation". During this, the engines automatically slow down to 3MPH. Once you go back into neutral, you can drive again but after a minute or two, the same problem will occur.

Originally, it looked like the power steering fluid was overfilled so I drained some of this out but it doesn't look like that was the case. In addition, this happens whether I'm going at 30mph with the throttles or 5mph with the joystick.

The screenshot and video I have is too big to upload unfortunately but I have everything in detail. Has this happened to anyone before and any fixes you can recommend?

Thanks.

If it's brand new, should still be under warranty. Let your dealer handle it. Very responsive, especially the 1st year. After the 1st year you need to go through a warranty company, takes a little more time to get approvals.

Yeah the dealer has it but I?m curious if anyone else has this issue and can help remediate quickly. I?m guessing I?m not a unicorn out there.
