Swim ladder

Hello. 31 Pc 2005. Has anyone replaced ladder Having issues with two side hinge splitting. Looking for ideas have pics
 
I had a similar issue with my '07 310SS and was able to get a mobile welding service to come out and repair the hinge. From other posts I have read, replacement is a total pia, as the securing nuts & bolts are very difficult to get at.
 
Had the same issue with the hinge on a 2003 37PC. Was able to purchase replacement parts through the manufacture. TAG group gave me the contact info. Getting the ladder off just takes a little ingenuity. I cut a 3' section of about 1/2" ID pipe. Duct taped a boxed end wrench to it. Laid across the engines to reach back into the swim platform. Had my ladder off in about 5 minutes. A little use of duct tape to hold the nut and washer in place on the same wrench set up to reinstall. Was not bad at all.
 
The easy way out is to cut a in the ladder area and then dropped in an access hatch. For those looking to do it I have uploaded some pictures here. Now it's easy peasy to do anything ladder related.
