Tamd 74 Diesel engine dies while on throttle

So i noticed a low voltage issue on the port voltmeter on the helm while returning from a boating trip.  Both engines at 1500 RPM.  All of a sudden the port engine dies.  It was like someone just turn off the ignition key.  No smoke in the engine compartment, no water, no oil.  Engine just dies.  Only left with starboard engine.  Then the shifter would take about 8-10 seconds to respond to go into forward but not reverse.  all fluids at proper levels.  Engine temp and oil pressure all good.  at this time, the engine does not turn over although the system has power.  I have fuel.  When I try to start it now, I turn the key and nothing happens.  Engine does not turn over. Battery voltage shows 13.28 after being on shore power charger.  Any thoughts, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late response but haven’t logged on for a while. I hope you resolved your issue. problem is possibly in the relays. There is a black box on the engine. One of the relays could be bad. Let us know.
