That's the heat exchanger and after cooler assy. for one engine. All the housings fresh from the body shop, epoxy self etching primer followed by urethane. Cores acid dipped and hot tanked. Turbo connector tube ceramic coated. Valve covers powder coated. All new hoses. Ready to go back together before the spring!
 
Sorry FF, didn't take before pictures. The engines are 2002 and this is the first time this service is being done to them. I know that common wisdom says this service should be done every 3-5 years, but I think given the excellent condition I found them in after 10 years I'll probably stretch that out a little. Also plan to instal fresh water flush to help extend the period.
