Sold my 312 and looking hard at a 382. I have yet to see it but maybe this week. So far I have been told the 500 EFI have had gaskets done and springs changed, the headliner issue has been addressed, genny works, and AC. The clear has been redone on the deck and the only things that need to be addressed are the engine hatch cover needs to be replaced and trailer needs a little work or maybe a lot of work. Guess I am looking for opinions from 382 owners on what I should look for when I go look at it.
 
I don't have a 382 but I have looked at a lot of them. I would hang out for the genny if your inclined to spend a lot of time on the water. We don't have the Gen in our 357 but were going to have to get it. Figure around $8K or better to install one.
 
Well I did it. It was in a lot worse shape than I thought. The hull and paint pretty much a 9.9 the cockpit upholstery is shot. The cabin has some issues. Lots of it is cleaning. Got there and he was like trailer was in worse shape than last time I saw it. I don't have my camera now but I will upload pics on new thread about my upgrades and many questions.
