N Nate Member Apr 19, 2014 #2 I don't think the door is magnetic. If you go into the engine compartment under the door there should be a gas shock that holds the door closed.

3 37pc New member Apr 27, 2014 #3 I will check.. The door has three little metal buttons, so does the transom and the side where the door would stay open. Someone suggested it was magnetic. I see you have a 40pc with yammers. How does it run? Speed RPM and GPH.... Thankls
