Transom Repair on 23'3"

I still have my 23'3" Thunderbird/Formula that I've had for 34 years now. I'm going through it again re-powering, etc. and found some pretty bad wood at the boot area. It's mainly the Port side. I saw a product called SEACAST and wanted to know if anyone has used it, or has another method of repairing that area.

the only experience i have is with replacing the rotten wood. if you are repowering and the engines are already out don't get too excited because that is the easy part. not familiar with the seacast stuff but looks like it is designed for this kind of repair. still have to do all the fiberglass work though, not really loads of fun IMO ;)
