Transom Trim Button Stuck

I have a 280ss 2006. There are 2 buttons on the port side of the transom for trimming the engines up and down. The problem is that the "up" button is depressed and stuck in. Therefore it is not letting the engines lower and is draining the battery and potentially harming the motor. I have unplugged the motor for now until I get this resolved. Has anyone ever replaced these buttons? How do you get them off? and where can I get some new ones?

Formula sells these buttons for 50 bucks....they said they just have a nut on the back but can be tricky to remove because of the location. I found some other buttons at a local marine store that should fit.
