Trim Tab Switch

I’m looking to replace my trim tab switches and leads/wires for a 1999 Formula 330ss but can’t seem to find any.
Any suggestions for the correct updated parts to use?
Thank you,
Larry D.

Well, I'm sure formula didn't 'make' the switch, but they aren't any of the bennet ones I could find.

Mine are just same rockers as drive and trailer switch rockers.

I actually rewired mine to flip Port/Strb and up/down, so the switches coincide with the tab movement, since mine aren't labeled with 'bow down' or anything. and that's how I likes it dammit. lol.

but these are the bennet ones

I assume a '99 wouldn't be the ones with the position indicators, but they have those too:

Now that I've thought about it, I removed the switches when installing autotrim pro (like in your amazon link), still have them in a box. They didn't sat Bennett on them just large rockers that plug into the cable going back

If changing attitude of port side the starboard side tabe should move. Like if port bow needs to go down, push top portion of port side rocker down which lowers starboard side tab

Yours wired different?

Well, today my strb switch post broke. well, it broke about 2 years ago, and I superglued the fudge out of it, and all was well until today. I used a screw to get the tab up and just did my best. Ordered some new switches on amazon today, pain in the arse. ugh.
I even tried supergluing it again over lunch, and it held exactly less than 4 seconds.

So while just the post broke, just like last time I could not find anything like these 20 year old switches. So my plan is, because these look 95% the same, to cannibalize this and see what happens.

Yea, I didn't like that setup, even if it's "correct". My port up moves port (tab), UP, and vice versa. That way on launch it's drives DOWN, tabs DOWN. I know it's backwards up/down and left/right, but it works for me and it's my boat dammit lol. and mine aren't labeled, so that's how I likes it.
If they were labeled, like the new ones may be if I use the bracket, I'll wire them to match the labels.

lol. new parts come this week. this will hold for now.
The more I look at the parts, it looks like I can just unscrew the switches from the new one, and put them in my assembly.

I have to get pics of my rub rail, it was so rough out, it came off the side of the boat! ( didn't hit a dock!) it was nuts.

Well, I managed to superglue it to my fingers, but hopefully this lasts me the summer.

I still can't find these specific switches/covers anywhere, so I will most likely have to redo the dash panel with the 6 switches, replacing at least 2 of them, if not all 6, that way they are the modern ones, with replacement parts available.

Thank you, I appreciate the offer.

I'm leaning towards these, but I think I'd replace the white, with black switch covers.

they sell a black kit, but it doesn't have the wiring on the backside.
Yes I could do it, but this looks cleaner.

The bolt will get me through summer, then once it's on the trailer, I'll address the switches, and any other things on the winter repair list. So far I think that might be it! Shortest winter fix list ever.
