Underwater and courtesy lights not working.

Does anybody have experience troubleshooting the underwater and courtesy lights. I have power to the two power touch units mounted on the port side of the engine compartment. I do not see any blow fuses. These two lights are activated by the helm switch or key fob.
My underwater lights are the ocean Led 2010. I have a 2011 45 Yacht.

In my 2008 Yacht there's a black remote control box on the port side of the engine space; it controls the courtesy lights, the underwater lights, the swim platform, and the shore power cord reel. That gets power from a breaker on the engine room panel over the generator. Start there.
 
I can hear the relay in my Touchtronics remote control box pretty clearly when I use the key fob for courtesy and/or UW lights. Can you hear or feel the internal relay clicking? Sadly Touchtronics has not responded to my pleas for support the past 8 weeks to repurpose an existing or new spare remote output, but Formula support was excellent at providing me additional electrical detailed schematics for my build.
 
I do not hear any clicking. I have power to the relays. I am going to swap out another relay and see if the relay is bad. Thank you for the info.

Tom, did you find the circuit breaker that controls the lights and remotes? Mine have just stopped working as well.
