Curious to know what kind of speed difference "would" be noticed in 260 HP vs. 300 HP in the D4 diesel.
Formula currently has the D4-300 in many boats, but in the 310BR, one was delivered to the UK that tops out at 50 MPH.
The cruise specs are so amazing compared to twin 6.2s....
Just curious if there is a rule of thumb for a reduction in HP for top end or cruise.
The weight of the two engines are the same along with the drive weights. Just internal changes, but the weight are the same.
