Volvo Sea Water Pump Leak

I have 8.1 with closed water cooling and have a leak at the sea water pump. I assumed it was the large O-ring and replaced it. Now looking at it closer it is coming out of the hole shown in the pic. I assume it is the back seal shown in parts diagram numbered 6.
Is this correct? How does one change this seal? Just pry it out and press the new one in?

Good video. I had never heard of the overhaul kit. I have replaced one though....about $275. Love the easy access on the Volvos.

I was able to repair mine without buying the kit. Attached are part numbers for the generic bearing & seal found at my local supply outlet.
In my case I did not need the O-ring or the impeller. Also could not wait for eBay or Amazon delivery.
