Where do these noise shields fit?

Found these noise shields suddenly laying loose in the engine bay and do not know where to attach them. Any help appreciated.

They block engine compartment noise and smells from traveling up the sides of the boat to the cabin. Vinyl faces the engines, wood faces the bow. The pieces nest on each of the sides.

My noise suppressor is the strait out exhaust of the engines. Helps keep the annoying people talking noises down
