winterizing raw water pumps, boat in water

We've always had our boat on a lift, but this winter we decided to put her in a covered slip for the winter. We've got B3 horizon motors with factory closed cooling (full). I use a bilge heater and in the past took out all the blue plugs in case the power goes out. This completely drains the raw water side. However, with the boat in the water, removing the blue plugs from the raw water side lets seawater in since the pumps are below the waterline. Is there a special way to drain them? Can antifreeze be run to them? Worried that a deep freeze can crack the pump housings and sink the boat. Oh yeah, '04 31 PC with 350 mag horizons.

Does any one make an app with temp sensor ability to monitor & notify if temp in bilge goes below x amount?

Not sure about an app, but I know people that use wireless cameras looking at a thermometer if internet is available.
