I could always get my deck to shine but it always had a slight haze to it. I had the boat professionally done the other day. ;D
All I can say is WOW! Never believe it's 20 years old

A product called Aqua Buff. It's designed for use on gel coat with a buffing wheel. Very low abrasive. As it was explained to me it is a chemical reaction and the hotter you get the wheel , the better it works. Just watch the graphics as they did say it can cut through imron.

Thanks, I may just try that stuff. Until now I have done all the polishing by hand but it is really difficult to get especially the deck clean to begin with and then shiny so I am planning to buy a buffing machine for the spring. So after next spring I will probably be looking for a place where I can have it professionally done... :) Was it expensive?

The place I went to charges $10. per foot for the exterior down to the chine. Well worth the money in my own opinion ;D

That looks like year 1 gel coat.
You also gotto give props to Formula for putting out a superior product.

Excellent.

There is a 31PC in the marina with the exact color scheme as yours. I believe the 31 is a 1995 model.

Keep a good wax job on that clean and shiny gelcoat !!!
